In 2017, Nathan Derksen started Bear Property Management because he saw too many visitors getting generic, neglected vacation rentals in the Black Hills.

We run one of the largest dedicated cleaning departments in the Black Hills. Every home is deep-cleaned and restocked by our own trained crew between each guest stay. Fresh linens, spotless kitchens, and a space that's genuinely ready when you walk in.
Maintenance
From a tricky thermostat to a deck rail that needs tightening, our in-house maintenance team handles it all. If something needs attention during your stay, we don't call a contractor and wait. We send our own crew and get it sorted fast.
Local Knowledge
